Scheduling

Use of the Polara is reserved on a limited first-come basis. It is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except holidays, although special times can be arranged for experienced users.

Reservations can be made for the current and the next month. The maximum number of standing reservations is limited to 4 time blocks and every time block is 3 hours and 30 minutes long.

The scheduling calendar is for users who are registered and have been approved to use the equipment. Please login to continue. For first time users and users requiring training or technical assistance for data collection, it is necessary to schedule according to the availability of Robert Marshall (650-723-6429, rmarshal@stanford.edu).
